I spent several hours digging through the Internet in a frantic hope that someone must have posted somewhere pertinent advice regarding Latex. I wanted my latex to shine just as beautiful as it did on all the pictures I have seen and the perceived injustice almost brought tears to my eyes. I have no idea where I ultimately stumbled upon the apparently highly guarded secret, it was probably the Vatican Library or the mysterious location of the remnants of the Library of Alexandria. Silicone, silicone was the key to the shine, I sang out loud and danced around in my living room! Luckily nobody saw me, otherwise I might have been committed to a very nice padded room for some tranquility and reflection. But then it dawned on me that I have never before ordered anything from the Internet. At that time, I know it is very hard to imagine such a thing, Internet shopping was mostly unheard of. Somehow I did not dare to give all that personal information, including a credit card number, to a virtual something floating in cyberspace. It still puts a smile on my face, just thinking about it. So I had to find that magical concoction, silicone oil, somewhere in the city, where I can simply walk in there and buy it on the spot. I went to Orion, Beate Uhse and whatever else was around at that time. When I finally found it, I could not believe my luck! I was so elated that I floated home as if walking on clouds, with only one thought powering my gait, to try this magic liquid on my one and only surviving latex stocking.
I opened the bottle and almost expected a Genie to pop out. I carefully let one drop of the colorless oil drop on my drab looking black latex stocking and gasped! When I rubbed the liquid just a little into the material, the grey, bleak, ugly stocking started a transformation that was sheer sorcery – it became deep black, shiny and reflected the daylight like polished silver!
I felt so happy, I immediately put the one stocking on and shined it to perfection, all the while not blinking, because I did not want to miss a micro-second of this powerful experience. But alas, my elation faded very fast, I realized that I only had this one stocking and nothing else. I craved a latex dress, something that I can wear proudly, shiny as the stars, walking all over the place and feeling, well, almost aroused. I knew now the ancient secret, better than the da Vinci code, better than the Codex Hammurabi, better than the Dead Sea Scrolls, now all I needed is a full blown latex outfit.
I was retracing my previous purchase of the stockings and tried to remember what else in that store was made out of latex. There were some panties, gloves, some other undergarments, a top that did not really make an impression and an even less interesting skirt. I wanted sensational, hot, perfect, shiny, fantastic, sexy, exciting, special, wonderful, over the top, everything but the ordinary. A skirt designed to bore the wearer out of her skull is not an alluring perspective for a twenty year old. But wait for a moment, there was the internet, it did help me find the liquid of gods, perhaps it could assist with this task as well? I can just have a look around the Web and see if there is something available, it is just like browsing in a store, right? At first the Web did have all the same gloves, stockings and stuff, even some catsuits, which were completely foreign to me, I could not comprehend how someone could squeeze into one of them, prompting me to initially not consider them at all. I started to get desperate, but then found the den of the lion, a website from Demask. Completely oblivious to the obvious theme of the site, I was stunned to find all the latex products I could only dream of. Any kind of tops, underwear, skirts and all in most beautiful colors, I was unable to stop staring at all the variety, despite the price tag that hurt even if you only think to look at it. I really wanted to, actually needed to get me some of that, despite my reluctance to order something from the internet, despite the prices that were really out of the ballpark. Luckily, my sense prevailed and I did not simply order the whole catalogue and think about the payment later. The idea is to wait, save up some money and order exactly what I wanted.
So I spent days on the Demask website choosing, discarding, deciding and re-thinking, picking dozens and reducing to one or two items, on an hourly basis. It took me about a week to harness my appetite to the choice that I really wanted to order and could afford. I decided to buy an incredible red corset with the complementing tiny red neck corset; additionally I picked a very suitable slip and added it to the order. The combination was soooooooo perfect, I ached to try it out right then and there. Despite some apprehension, I breezed through the ordering process faster than my reluctance warranted, but I hoped for the best and confirmed the order in one swift move. I considered camping out in front of my mailbox, but then figured the mailman would have to bring it to the door anyway. I was not able to calm myself, my first real latex outfit was on the way and just days separated me from my happiness. I managed to convince myself that the anticipation is the interlude to fun and should be enjoyed thoroughly, so I happily waited with a bright smile on my face!
