Switzerland, my new piercings and other stuff!

Recently there was always lots of news to tell you. I was always on the road and somehow my suitcases became my best friends. From the 2nd to the 4th of June I went to Switzerland in order to have a shooting with James Bretoni. Just like the last time we got along very well and also this time I couldn’t but fall in love with his huge repertory of high heels. You might imagine how much I enjoyed wearing these shoes even if it was only for a short time. I guess that in the near future I am able to show you some new pictures that were taken during the different shootings with James.

Back from Switzerland I directly travelled on to my hometown Leipzig, where I stayed for a couple of days. Reason being is, that not only one but in fact several birthday parties had to be attended: first my uncle’s, afterwards my mother’s and finally the one of a good friend of Norman and me. Exactly in this order. It was like a marathon, but still I like my twins.

These days were wonderful and I made good use of the time that I could spend together with my sister. There I could also see my little niece again. She is one and a half year old now and I had a lot of fun with her. Besides that I surely was able to meet some of my old friends, too. You would not believe it, but we even found the time to finally watch "Hulk III" and "The fast and the furious III". Both movies were quite all right, but I have to confess that the Indian food we ate during we watched the movies was even more spectacular. Basically I consider that the first movie of a series always remains the best one, don't you think so, too? Certainly, if you think of "Star Wars" or "Lord of the Rings" the exception proves the truth.

Something I didn’t tell in my latest Blog entries yet is the fact that I have new piercings that make me proud and happy.

The Septum:

There is a little story that precedes the decision for getting that piercing. Or better to say a never ending story. I had that piercing twice already but after two weeks of a good healing process there always was a rude awakening afterwards. It turned out, that both times it did not really heal. To put it mildly the skin became even more sensible every day and whenever I slightly touched my nose I had a feeling of ramming my bone directly into my brain. Ouch, it was a whole lot of pain! So unfortunately, as I only had this nice piercing for such a short while there are no photos of it at all.

But finally I thought to myself: third time is a charm and so I tried it once more. This time I went to a piercing studio that was highly recommended in order to receive the septum again. As the people there are very experienced they could easily tell me what I did wrong and what caused the complications I had before and they also explained to me what should be made different at this time. No sooner said than done I got pierced. It is superb! Finally everything is healing just the way it should heal and it looks very nice.

A great fact about this piercing is that it is so flexible. You can use a stick, a ring or transparent PVC if you do not want it to be seen.

The Industrial:

It is one of my favourite piercings in the first place. Because of the good experience made before with the Septum, Sway tasted blood again and wanted moooooore. I decided to get this piercing again, too. Yes, you heard or better to say read right. Again! This piercing existed before, too and had to be removed because of a bad healing process. Blame it on those piercers that have to antiquated imaginations of how to thread a new piercing. Another reason for removing it was that I was told that these piercings need to be punched. This means nothing less than you have to remove the whole cartilage of your ear. I always saw a hole punch in my imagination and I really did not want to spend the rest of my life having two huge holes in my ears that are visible for everybody. Especially as I do not wear ear jewellery all the time. But my new piercer assured that this piercing surely can be done without punching. And so, three weeks ago, I lay down at the pallet again in order to get an industrial. Up to now it heals perfectly and I really love it!

I am so happy that finally I have all the piercings I wanted to have for such a long time and I think that they look great!

Currently I am really looking forward to next week as Norman and I found some amazing locations for really extravagant shootings. Therefore we expect to travel to Hamburg for about two or three days hopefully to return with drop-dead gorgeous pictures afterwards.

And last but not least there was something more... right! Soon there will be my birthday ...
